Timothy Delaney was a Watcher whose cover was that of blacksmith. He was skilled at metal smithing, and had a talent with horses and other livestock. In the course of his long career, he fulfilled the assignments of watching Ilisa Stromberg, Duncan MacLeod, Grayson, Daniel Buckland and George McNulty.
After thirty years of dedicated service, Delaney chose to retire, and the Tribunal elected that in addition to a standard pension, he would also be granted title to his smithy, free and clear, as a commendation for exemplary service.
