The Bedouin was an Arab immortal, and the teacher of The Kurgan. The Bedouin believed his student could one day be the one to win the Game due to his size and strength.
The Bedouin was a very skilled fighter who spent much time teaching The Kurgan all he knew about the Game and swordfighting. He also taught him to kill without mercy.
