use of a surprise attacks?[]
his love of combat seems to show that he does not actually use surprise attacks often as when he fought Ramírez he broke down the door and sword drawn. also the immortals ability to sense each other would render this kind of tactic useless. as he attacks with sword in hand thsi would make it a challenge without the need for worlds as he does not seem to be a man who just gets right to the point.
as a side not the Kurgan has a savage form of honor to him he does harm people for no reason like some evil imortals do. its more like he is a bad man with a sense of honor.

The Wiki's info about Kurgan's birth says its 1008 BC. Next, the first death encountered in 945 in battle (looking for the info's source). Concluding, Kurgan should have 63 years old when encountered a first death.
The paragraph named Travels and Quickenings therefore says (quote: in the age of 25 he encountered first of many deaths"). That causes the misinformation in the date of Kurgan's 1st death. Additionally, the English Wikipedia (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Kurgan) speaks about the 970 BC death by his father (rather a foster father), likewise mentioned in the Highlander Wiki, but making it a first death. Still it don't solve the issue (death in the age of 38). I cannot confirm the English Wikipedia source, but still the date mismatch exists. How it is working therefore?

People who have studied the comics, the novelization, the original film, The Watchers' Chronicles cd-rom, The Watchers episode from Highlander The Series, as well as the original script for Highlander film have come to the conclusion that c. 900 B.C,. give or take a few decades, would be about right. At age twenty to twenty-five, he may have died his first death, as he recalls that he stopped aging and his physical strength stabilized. (HLN) But there is no real hard evidence or exact dates. I want an answer to this to because the info box says he's "died" at age 35 but the text itself about his early life says 25. I'd like to know which one so the wiki doesn't have conflicting information with itself Shoboni (talk) 17:29, April 9, 2017 (UTC)
