Robert Neeley was a watcher assigned to Warren Cochrane during the 1990s. When Cochrane took his student, Andrew Donnelly, abroad, Neeley did not accompany them since his sister was getting married that weekend, and the Immortal pair were due back shortly. As a result, Neeley missed the furious argument between the Immortals that resulted in Cochrane taking Donnelly's head, and his subsequent traumatic amnesia.
