The Himalayan was an anonymous Immortal who appeared in Highlander Origins: Kurgan.
Although equipped in a monk’s robe, The Himalayan didn’t appear to be South or East Asian, suggesting that he may have originated elsewhere, and chose to seek out secluded holy ground, using a Sherpa Monastery for refuge. This would be short lived, as seen in the comic. For what ever reason The Himalayan decided to venture out of his sanctuary in 590 B.C, he encountered The Kurgan, and thus lost his head and quickening soon thereafter.
