Canaan is a mortal mortal crime boss and drug dealer who took over The Zone.
Biography[]
At some point, Canaan ruled over "The Zone," a lawless, a place in Seacouver that was so lawless the police supposedly did not dare to go there. He ran a drug dealing operation and was a feared figure in his territory.
In 1993, during one of Canaan's speeches, the young Watcher, Mark Wells was stabbed. Soon thereafter, at Joe Dawson's request, Duncan MacLeod and Charlie DeSalvo went to investigate in order to determine if Canaan was an Immortal or not, as his power and control over the area made some suspect he was.
Defeat[]
Duncan and Charlie entered the Zone to investigate and MacLeod was able to quickly determine that Canaan was mortal.
MacLeod and Charlie gathered the Zone's inhabitants, along with Asia, but Canaan arrives with his men to confront them, killing Tio in the process. A fight broke out, and MacLeod and Charlie, ultimately defeated Canaan and ended his reign over the neighborhood once and for all.
