Alan Wilkinson was a white supremacy politician running for office in the United States. During the events of The Valkyrie, he was campaigning in Seacouver.
An Immortal, Ingrid Henning, had assessed him as dangerous, claiming he had murdered people in the past, and had targeted him for assassination. Her first attempt was thwarted by Interpol agent, Nicolae Breslaw, who gunned her down. After her revival, and the departure of the Interpol team, she tried again, planting a bomb beside Wilkinson during a rally, but she was again foiled, this time by Duncan MacLeod, who took her head.
Wilkinson left Seacouver, none the wiser of his brushes with death. It is unlikely that Wilkinson will succeed in his campaign.

Fulvio Cercere, who played Alan Wilkinson, also played Anthony Graffini in the Season One episode of "Highlander: The Series" episode entitled See No Evil
